Lutheran Homes of Michigan is pleased to partner with the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) to provide affordable housing for low and moderate income Michigan residents. Creekside Village opened in the Fall 2005.
Creekside Village consists of eleven single story buildings housing a total of 77 private apartments, 32 one-bedroom, one-bath apartments and 45 two-bedroom, one-bath apartments. A single-story club house for resident use is also on-site.
