Lutheran Homes of Michigan currently has three Homes located in Monroe, Frankenmuth and Livonia. They meet the needs of the elderly through 24 hour skilled nursing services and assisted living services at each location.
Lutheran Home - Monroe
This was the original Lutheran Home founded in 1893. There are 102
skilled nursing beds all in private rooms dually certified for
Medicare and Medicaid. One wing of the Home is set up as a dementia
Special Care Unit. There are also 20 private rooms licensed as a Home
for the Aged where assisted living is provided. The Home is located

Lutheran Home - Frankenmuth
The Frankenmuth Home was built in 1969. There are 112 skilled nursing beds dually certified for Medicare and Medicaid. There are also 26 beds licensed as a Home for the Aged where assisted living is provided. The Home is located at 725 W. Genesee Street, Frankenmuth, MI 48734. Telephone: (989) 652-9951.
Lutheran Home - Livonia
This Home opened in October 1998. There are 88 skilled nursing beds dually certified for Medicare and Medicaid. There is also a 20 bed Dementia Unit licensed as a Home for the Aged. This is a secure special care unit specifically designed for the needs of those with the early stages of Alzheimers and other forms of dementia.
