LEXINGTON POINTE AT LONGMEADOW - GROUNDBREAKING CEREMONY
October 15, 2006 at 2:00 p.m.

Frankenmuth, Michigan - A groundbreaking ceremony for the new active adult residential community, Lexington Pointe at Longmeadow, is scheduled for Sunday, October 15, 2006 at 2:00 P.M. within the Longmeadow campus one mile east of US 31 By-Pass at Exit 5 on Niles Buchanan Rd in Niles, MI. Lexington Pointe will offer unique housing options within a wide range of prices for the attached courtyard villas as well as single homes. "The attractive price range plus extended optional services make this development a premier choice for relocating when there is a desire for a more simplified yet vibrant lifestyle," relates Glenn Getyina, Community Director of Lexington Pointe.

The ceremony is open to the public and will give opportunity to meet Jane Tenney, Longmeadow developer and David M. Gehm, President and CEO of Lutheran Homes of Michigan, the development and management company for LP. Refreshments will be served during an informal social time, and the Sales and Informational model home will be open to view plans for both residential segments.
